Procedure for Submission

Authors may submit their manuscripts in a standard format. Submissions should demonstrate a significant advance in knowledge in the Symposium topics. At least one author for each selected paper must register and attend the Symposium to present the paper.

Paper Submission Format:

- The file format for all submissions should be in pdf format.
- The working language of the Symposium is English.
- The first page of the papers should include the title of the paper, authors’ names and affiliations, authors’ emails and full address of the corresponding author.
- An abstract of up to 500 words, with JEL classification and no more than 5 keywords.
- The length of the paper (including main text, references and footnotes) should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words.

Papers should be submitted online on or before April 30, 2020.

Authors are allowed to submit more than one paper. We will confirm receipt of your submission. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed according to a high-quality and fast referee process. You will receive an e-mail indicating whether your paper is accepted for presentation during the Symposium before May 15, 2020.

Paper presenters are expected to discuss one other paper during the Symposium. The discussant assignments will be made by the Symposium organizers at a later date. As the Symposium intends to build a network in this research area, participation is welcome even without paper contributions.
